1. What Court of Vibes Is

Court of Vibes is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to generate humorous, satirical "verdicts" based on user-submitted couple disputes. It is not a real court, not a legal service, and not a substitute for professional counseling, legal advice, or mediation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Court of Vibes. By using the service, you represent that you are of legal age and have the consent of the other party named in your dispute before submitting their name or any information about them.

3. User Conduct & Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Involves threats, abuse, coercion, harassment, or slurs
• References minors in any capacity
• Includes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Contains personal information of non-consenting parties (addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• Violates any applicable law

We reserve the right to reject, dismiss, or remove any case that violates these rules without notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

All verdicts, rulings, certificates, and related content are generated by artificial intelligence. They are inherently random, inconsistent, and for entertainment purposes only. Do not rely on any output as fair, accurate, or meaningful. The AI may produce unexpected or nonsensical results.

5. Paid Full Ruling

Unlocking the full ruling and certificate costs $3.99 USD per case. This is a one-time purchase for digital content. All sales are final. Due to the instantaneous, personalized nature of AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds except where required by law.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or quality of service. The app may be unavailable, slow, or produce errors at any time. We may limit usage (e.g., 3 cases per day per user) to manage costs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Court of Vibes name, branding, certificate designs, and software are our property. You may share your case verdict and certificate for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, mass-produce, or use our branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court of Vibes and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: relationship disputes, emotional distress, decisions made based on a verdict, or technical failures.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
